How can I book a service?

You can contact us to book a service any time of day by using email, fax (0090 212 518 27 57), telephone (0090 507 229 61 92) .

How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
A:
The driver will normally wait for 60 minutes after the arrival time of the flight.
Q:
How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?
A:
Our drivers will meet their passengers at the meeting point (link met foto), unless other arrangements were made.

How are we able to recognize our driver?
A:
Drivers will hold a sign with the passenger name written on and help with baggage.

What will we do if we can not find our driver?
A:
The airport can be VERY crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please call, on 0090 507 229 61 92.

What happens if the flight is delayed?
A:
All flight arrival times are checked with the airline. Should you arrive early or late (no matter how late!) there will still be a driver to meet you at no extra charge.

How long is the trip between the airport & City Center?
A:
The total trip time between airport terminal & City center takes from 25-40 minutes depending on time of day and traffic conditions.

What happens if I need to make a cancellation or amendment?
